Far too few know the true joy of running,
A sad and unfortunate truth.
For when i go out to go running,
It's the smile on my face that is proof.
True it hard, and requires much effort
To put yourself up at the start.
And as you wait for that gun to go off
Your adrenalin rushes your heart!
